The location of this hotel was great - it was right in the centre of the town, close to the ski slopes and there was even a bus stop nearby to take you to Kitzsteinhorn. the rooms were decent and had good views, and the breakfast was quite tasty. the staff were able to speak multiple languages, and were very helpful in organizing excursions.
There was one issue with the hotel that detracted from the experience - the wifi was only available on the first floor, which made it difficult to stay connected to the internet in the rooms on the upper floors.

The hotel had a good location and was located near the ski slopes, which was a plus for our Christmas vacation. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, with a few exceptions. The food was just average, but they had a nice selection of local delicacies that we enjoyed.
One of the biggest disappointments of our stay was the outdated and dirty rooms. The curtains were stained and some were not properly attached to the rail.

Room size and cleanliness were satisfactory, and the shower worked great. the location had easy access to nearby ski slopes making it convenient to ski.
Breakfast was disappointing, with limited food supply that was not always replenished. Some of the curtains were old and stained.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel - the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was close to the ski slopes and bus stops, and the hotel facilities were clean with good parking.
